Yoga Teacher & Energy Healer: Experience guided, mindful yoga with a skilled practitioner.

Personal Journey: Inspired by her own path through hardship and healing.

Training: Extensive expertise including mindfulness-based stress reduction, 200-hour yoga teacher training, health coaching, Reiki, and tantra.

Mission: Jillian’s passion is to create a safe space for personal growth and healing, helping you to find ease in the mind, space in the body, and connection to your truth.
